Application focused: participants will be able to make a direct link between the workshop content and their work environment and immediately find opportunities to apply his or her learning

Experiential: participants will learn by doing and actively practicing the content

Engaging: participants will get deeply involved in the Engage Experience, allowing them to not only improve their skills, but also increase their motivation levels to apply their learning

Challenging: participants will be challenged, helping them to do things they thought they were not capable of

Caring: our experience shows that people will learn best if they are provided with a safe learning environment. Our Engage Experience creates an environment where participants are encouraged to make mistakes and learn from them.

Learning Into Action

Our ‘Learning into Action’ solution will support the participant in the implementation of this Individual Action Plan after the program and offers a half-day refresher course 6 weeks after the initial Engage Experience.

During this half-day program we will provide a refresher of the material, facilitate the sharing of experiences amongst the participants and answer any queries that participants might have whilst applying the learning into the workplace.

In an Engage Experience with ‘Learning in Action’ we assure you an increased return of your learning investment. We guarantee you that the participant will improve his/her ability and confidence in using the acquired competencies and/or skills and as a result improve their performance.

Guaranteed Performance Improvement CoachingTM

Our Guaranteed Performance Improvement CoachingTM solution will go yet another step further than our Engage Experience with Learning into Action. Upon completing the Engage Experience we will, with the involvement of the line manager, sit down with the participant and coach him/her in developing and implementing a Performance Improvement Guaranteed Action Plan.

After having obtained agreement of the action plan with the coachee and the line manager, we will provide you with a written guarantee of our ability to fulfill the coaching assignment and the performance improvement of the coachee. If at the end of the coaching period, during the sign-off meeting, you are not satisfied with the agreed performance improvement standard we will continue the coaching program till you are fully satisfied
